In the event of an emergency or any unforeseen circumstances, we would encourage you to also purchase travel cancellation insurance in addition to your reservation.
The cancellation policy below is designed to protect both retreat leaders and all retreat attendees.
Be advised that all retreat purchases are final. There will be no refunds or discounts after deposit(s), payments or full purchases of Retreat reservations. This applies to arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illnesses. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy will apply, no exceptions; therefore, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance for your protection. If for some reason, we must postpone and/or cancel the existing Amazing Me Amazing Life retreat date, (including Covid-19 country restrictions), we will transfer your full retreat payment to the future retreat date. Amazing Me Amazing Life is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Again, if you have any concerns please purchase travel protection insurance.
